Annie Halliwell's Gluten Free Cookbook
REAL RECIPES FOR PEOPLE WHO ENJOY FOOD
Gluten (the protein found in wheat, rye, oats and barley) can be implicated in many health problems. Many friends and clients have said to me that they find cooking for a gluten free person in their family or as a dinner guest a real challenge.
Here
is a small selection of the recipes I have devised or found over my last 10
years of gluten free eating. They are based on “normal”
ingredients that can be sourced at your local supermarket, shops or deli.
Everyone should enjoy these dishes so that there is no need to cook
separately.
Important: please ensure your ingredients are gluten free. Food labelling has improved in recent years and reputable manufacturers usually say whether gluten is present in their products. If you are unsure the reputable companies usually put on the package or tin the number of a Careline which you can contact to double check.
